"You can't pour from an empty cup.

My passion for helping and assisting people started at an early age when completing community service work through agencies such as United Way of Northeast Louisiana and Girl Scouts of America. I loved that selfless acts could make others feel accomplished and worthy. It was these experiences that led me to the field of Social Work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Louisiana. I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and in 2014 with a Master of Social Work from Grambling State University. I have over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adults, couples, and families while empowering them to reach their emotional goals.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and as a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. I am a Prepare & Enrich Facilitator and am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
