Insurance

If we do not accept your commercial insurance, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Superbills can help facilitate any reimbursement you may be entitled to.

Please know that we must provide your insurance provider with a mental health diagnosis if a claim is submitted. 

 

Co-pays, deductibles, and insurance coverage varies according to your individual insurance coverage. All co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance are due at the time of service.

Self-Pay​

At Vibrant Minds Therapy & Consulting, we understand you may not want to use your insurance. That is why we have reasonable rates so that you may begin your journey to improve your emotional health.

  • Individual Therapy Session (50-minute session) - $125

​

  • Couple Therapy Session (50-minute session) - $140

​

  • Family Therapy Session (2+ Family members; 60-minute Session) - $150

​

  • Group Therapy Session (60-minute session) - $40 per session

    • Refer to the Services page for a current list of offered groups​​

​

  • Mental Health Evaluation (80-minute session) - $150

​

  • Continuing Education Services

    • Refer to the Services page for courses, dates, and fees, when offered

Payment

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and CareCredit as forms of payment.
